Hi, I’m Hailey.
I’m a functional nutrition practitioner, wife, mom of four, and the heart behind Everett Wellness.
I believe wellness should give us more capacity to live our lives—not become something that consumes them.
As women, it’s easy to believe we need to do more, restrict more, or try harder to finally feel well. But I’ve come to believe there is another way: one rooted in nourishment instead of restriction, curiosity instead of fear, and learning to work with the body rather than constantly trying to control it.
That is the foundation of Everett Wellness.
My approach looks at the whole person—nutrition, hormones, nervous system health, lifestyle, environment, and the story the body may be telling through conventional and functional labs. I want women to understand their bodies deeply, while creating realistic support that can actually exist within the beautiful, demanding lives they are already living.
My faith shapes much of how I see this work. I believe our bodies were created with incredible wisdom and that caring for them can be an act of stewardship—not striving for perfection. Sometimes healing looks less like pushing the body into submission and more like giving it what it needs to find its way back toward balance.
When I’m not working, I’m usually with my husband and our four kids. I love being outside, movement, good food, meaningful conversations, and the ordinary moments that make a life feel full.
Because ultimately, I don’t believe the goal is to spend our lives trying to become well.
I believe the goal is to feel well enough to fully live the life we’ve been given.
